The Philippine is an Archipelago, located in Southeast Asia, known for its abundance of water Resources, having an astonishing variety of marine life.Several aquatic being were found only within the waters of the country and leave an exceptional beauty ro sea itself. 

The West Philippine Sea issues, the West Philippine sea issues is because  West Philippine Sea is the center of a territorial and Maritime dispute between the Philippines and china, with both Nations claiming Rights over the same areas IM the South China Sea. Specifically, the Philippines asserts its sovereignty over waters within its 200-(EEZ),which it calls the west Philippine Sea. China, however, claims historical rights over nearly the entire South China Sea, including areas that is overlaping with the Philippine EEZ, using a "nine-dash line" to demarcate it claims. This dispute is further complicated by the presence of other claimant Nations, such as Brunei, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Taiwan. 

So basically it defines that West Philippine Sea is the center territorial and Maritime dispute between the West Philippine Sea and West china sea.
